There is no airport in Manali in Himachal Pradesh. At a distance of about 50 km from Manali, an airport is located at Bhuntas. From Shimla, Delhi, Lucknow and Ludhiana flights are available to reach Manali.

By Rail

Manali is not directly linked with other places by railway. One can travel to Manali, after reaching Joginder Nagar, at a distance of about 200 km or Chandigarh about 280 km from Manali.

By Road

Many private travel operators and the Road Transport Corporation operate many bus services in Manali and Kullu. One of the best options to travel by roadway is from Shimla to Manali. The trip has to be covered via Mandi. Tourists can also hire taxis to reach Manali. Manali is connected with Delhi by NH – 21.
