By Air

The newest airport which has been recently constructed and is still being modernized is the Raja Sansi International Airport and Guru Ram Das International Airport. This airport receives international flights from Europe, North America and Central Asia and most of the major world cities including London, Tashkent and Toronto are also linked by air with Amritsar.

By Rail

Amritsar has its own train junction managed by Indian Railways equipped with all modern amenities and a bus terminal that is operated by the Department of transport, Punjab.
