The Agra Civil Enclaves or the Kheria airport is located at a distance of only 7 km from the city center. Domestic airlines from other major cities of India are available to reach Agra. From Delhi, it takes a time of only 40 minutes to reach Agra by flight. Shuttle flights are also available from Varanasi and Khajuraho.

By Rail

Besides Tundla junction, which can be reached within 1 hour from Agra, 7 more railway stations can be accessed from Agra. Agra Cantonment Railway Station and Agra Fort Railway Station are 2 of the noted railway stations in Agra. From nearby cities like Rajasthan, Delhi and Varanasi tourists can board trains to reach Agra. From Delhi, regular trains like Taj Express, Shatabdi, Palace on Wheel and Rajdhani ply from Delhi to Agra.

By Road

N.H 2,3 and 11 pass through the city of Agra. Private and government buses ply from Agra to the nearby cities of the country. Guided tours are arranged by the U.P Tourism for the travelers. Deluxe buses can also be hired to reach Agra from nearby cities like Delhi, Mathura, Fatehpur Sikri and Jaipur by highway. The main bus stand of Agra is Idgah.
