This sanctuary is a haven to different species of birds. This sanctuary is an extended part of the Sunderbans National Park. It is a paradise for the bird watchers. Mostly birds of prey like Pallas’s fish eagle, northern eagle owl, white-bellied sea eagle and falcon are seen at Sajnakhali.
